Prepare for an evening of culinary elegance and heartfelt giving at our 5-course charity dinner for Daytona Beach German Shepherd Rescue. Featuring a symphony of flavors crafted from locally-sourced ingredients generously donated by our community's farms and businesses, each bite is a testament to compassion and support for our furry companions in need.

1st Course: Coastal Oyster and Seafood Cocktail Hour provided by The Curious Oyster

2nd Course: Smoked pastramied Parsnips, roasted tomatoes, pickled onions, bacon fat vinaigrette.

3rd Course: Miso butter poached lobster, salmon roe, sushi rice, micro greens, confit garlic, kimchi, white anchovy Aioli.

4th Course: Boulette Lieguois made with brisket, fois gras, and barley. Served with with celery root and purple potato puree, micro mustard, beet chips.

5th Course: Chef's selection of soft and hard cheeses with fresh fruits, jams, honey, and compotes.
